The OxyGo Concierge service is OxyGo’s way of capturing patient demand and passing it along to providers. “When we receive a call from a patient wanting an OxyGo, we first ask them who their current provider is, and then help that current provider set up the patient. If the patient doesn’t have a provider, we have a list of local OxyGo providers that the patient can choose from, and we connect them,” explains Marquard-Schultz.
Additionally, OxyGo has co-op marketing opportunities, patient financing options, and leasing options to help providers create business and cash flow in the competitive bidding environment.
